Our art work has been collected internationally by the public through fine art galleries and art shows since 2004. It is currently being sold in Fine Art Galleries throughout the Northwest as well as being represented by invitation at the Caves National Monument. Our art is a treasured part of many commercial and private collections.
We travel to and show in many juried fine art shows in the Pacific Northwest and California.
Although we are professional photographers our finished art is a transfigured photographic creation. Our goal is to communicate the ethereal quality of nature that speaks clearly to our hearts and souls. Through a combination of digital painting and hand painting with artist's acrylics, we enhance the depth, composition and beauty of the image.
"Is it a photo or a painting?" It is neither and it is both.
Our hand painted giclee's are individually unique - each taking hours to finish - adding elements to an image, creating depth and detail with each brush stroke - designing a finished piece that echoes an original work of art.
Our goal is to share with you our unique glimpse into the spirit of nature through a stolen moment caught in a second of time when the light and atmosphere was perfect to reveal its dramatic grandeur and then to amplify that wonder and beauty with our artistic eye and tools.
In our busy lives we tend to pass up the one true constant that we can embrace for well- being and that is the peace and beauty of Nature. So it is our hope that this artwork touches your being with the soul nourishment and calm that nature offers while you try to cope with the hectic details of life.
